Return Policy

At StraTG Middle East, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it to us within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

To initiate a return, please contact us at https://CS@stratg.me/ with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. If the item is in its original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or exchange the item for another one of equal value.
